On September 6, 2022, Viet Vang Consulting and Providing Standard Management Solutions Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to award the Award Decision to outstanding employee Nguyen Van Lien who achieved N1 Japanese certificate. .
N1 is the most difficult level of JLPT – the most prestigious Japanese language proficiency test today. Achieving level N1 means the learner’s Japanese reading, speaking and listening skills are almost fluent. There are not many people with N1 level because the N1 test is considered very difficult and must be able to speak and write Japanese fluently like a native speaker and this is the highest level of Japanese today.
Previously, when receiving information, Mr. Lien was preparing to take the N1 certificate exam, with the desire to help employees improve their Japanese language proficiency and develop their own abilities. The Company encouraged, supported, and created conditions for Mr. Lien to review and practice skills for the exam. In particular, the Company created conditions for him to “realize” projects, work directly with Japanese customers, thereby helping him gain experience in solving problems that arise in projects and Improve Japanese language skills in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills. With support from the Company plus his own efforts, Mr. Lien successfully passed the exam and achieved an N1 Japanese certificate.
Hopefully Mr. Lien will continue to develop his own abilities to complete his work even more excellently, contributing to promoting the company’s development in the future.
