NOTIFICATION
V/v: Return social insurance books to employees
Implement regulations in the Law on Social Insurance No. 58/2014/QH13 and Official Dispatch No. 1142/BHXH-CST regarding the return of social insurance books to managed employees. Director of Chuan Viet Vang TV & CCQT Joint Stock Company announced the return of social insurance books as follows:
- Chuan Viet Vang TV & CCQT License Joint Stock Company will not keep social insurance books (Social Insurance) of employees from May 16, 2022.
- In cases where employees have previously submitted social insurance books to the company, the Company will return them in full.
- For new employees who already have social insurance books, the company does not require submitting social insurance books but will base on the social insurance code provided by the employee to continue declaring and participating in social insurance.
- For new employees who do not have a social insurance book, when the company receives the social insurance book cover from the social insurance agency, it will immediately be paid to the employee.
- Procedures to receive the social insurance book back at the company:
- The employee comes directly to the Human Resources department to sign and confirm and receive the social insurance book back
- In case someone else receives the Social Insurance Book, the following documents must be provided:
– Identity card/citizen identification card of the person coming to replace the social insurance book
– Authorization letter to receive replacement social insurance book certified by a competent authority.
- In the case of an employee who has quit his job after 12 months but still does not come to receive the social insurance book with confirmation of the time of payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance (cover sheet and separate sheet or only separate sheet to close the book), the Company shall establish procedures. According to the delivery note 623, transfer it to the social insurance agency for storage according to regulations.
From the time of returning the book, the company does not bear any responsibility related to the employee’s individual social insurance book.
